Our goal is to provide and efficent turn around time while maintaining quality. Our in-house machining gives us the edge to a quicker turn-around time. Bad cores? No problem, as we inventory new or reman blocks, heads, camshafts, crankshafts, and connecting rods. Our core exhange program allows us to keep forward motion if ever the need to replace cores.
All engines that come to us follow the same procedures. First, the engine is disassembled; from there each piece in inspected thoroughly for any cracks or defects. Each machineable piece is measured to check for min/max. If each machinable part is marked good is to machined to STD/STD. After inspection and machining all parts are cleaned. Each piece including the block, head(s), and crank are replaced with new, remanufactured or machined pieces within OE specifications. The injectors are tested and replaced, upon request of the customer. Once everything meets our standards of quality during the final inspection, the engine is assembled from the block up. Our technician’s precision to detail ensures that nothing gets overlooked. The engine is then tested and painted. We build our own custom crates for each engine. This ensures safety and security during the shipping process. Our crates are qualified for overseas shipment as well. We guarantee satisfaction of our product that we deliver to you!
