Our goal is to provide and efficent, quick turn-around while maintaining superior craftsmanship. Our in-house machining gives us the edge toprovide just that. Bad cores (Cracks, Holes)? No problem, as we inventory new or reman blocks, heads, camshafts, crankshafts, and connecting rods. Our core exhange program allows us to keep forward motion if ever the need to replace cores.
All engines that come to us follow the same process. First, the engine is disassembled; from there each piece in inspected thoroughly for any cracks or defects. Each machinable piece is inspected and measured. Once the machine process is compltete the components are given a final clean. Each piece including the block, head(s), and crank are replaced with new, remanufactured or machined pieces within OE specifications. The injectors are tested and replaced, upon request of the customer. Each engine is assembled from the block up. Our technician’s precision to detail ensures that nothing is overlooked. The engine is then tested, painted and crated. We build our own custom crates for each engine. This ensures safety and security during the shipping process. Our crates are qualified for overseas shipment as well. We guarantee satisfaction of our product that we deliver to you!
