We stock Long Blocks for the most common models for CAT and Cummins. Typically a complete rebuild can take anywhere from 6-10 weeks, the long block provides a quicker turn around. We stock most long blocks for C13 (KCB), C15 Acert (MXS), C15 (6NZ), C12 (2KS), 3126, C7, B Series (4B 3.9, 6B 5.9, 6C 8.3), and N14. Our Long Blocks include a remanufactured block, New or reman cylinder head(s), reman or new crankshaft, new clyinder kits, connecting rods, camshaft (some applications), piston cooling nozzles, gear train (some applications), gaskets needed to finish build.

Our long blocks include OE blocks that are machined to STD/STD. For example Our C13 long blocks include a remanufactured block (in-house), brand new loaded cylinder head, new cylinder kits, new camshaft, new or reman crankshaft, machined connecting rods (in-house), Piston Cooling Nozzles, Cam Followers, Front Gear Train, Front Gear Housing, Front Cover, and Gaskets Needed to Complete Build.

We offer Short, Long and Extended Long Blocks for most popular CAT and Cummins engines. Our remanufactured long blocks meet or exceed OEM standards.
A short block includes engine block, crankshaft, connecting rods, cylinder kits, and piston coolers.
A long block includes all of the above including a cylinder head, cmashaft (some applications), and front cover(some applications). An extended long block has everything a short and long black has in addition to a camshaft, front cover, and gear train. (Injectors, rocker arms, push rods, and bridges are additional for a tune-up. Extended long blocks will be timed. We use new or reman parts. Our reman parts are machined to OEM specifications.
