Remanufactured Long Blocks — Built to Perform, Engineered to Last
Every long block starts with a foundation of OEM quality. Original equipment blocks are precision-machined and deck surfaces are milled to exacting tolerances. Connecting rods—genuine OE castings—are machined and fitted with new bushings. Crankshafts are either brand new or OE-machined to restore factory specifications.
Cylinder kits are sourced exclusively from industry-leading suppliers like Interstate McBee, IPD, and PAI Industries. C15, C13, N14, and ISX applications ship with brand new cylinder heads. ISM11 and C7 units feature OE remanufactured heads rebuilt through an in-house machine shop—pressure tested, magnafluxed, and fitted with new seals, valves (new or precision-ground), guides, injector cups, and freshly resurfaced.

Our long blocks consist of a reman block, new or reman cylinder head(s), crankshaft with gear, connecting rods, piston cooling nozzles, cylinder kits, and gaskets needed to complete the build. Our C13 long blocks additionally include the front gear train, front housing, front cover, cam followers and camshaft. Our N14 long blocks include the cam bearings and new cylinder heads with OE cylinder head gaskets.
